Guernsey 10 screen writing competition

Entrants will be asked to submit an original, detailed story outline of no more than 500 words which must, in some way, be linked to Guernsey. A storyboard or the script of the opening scenes may also be submitted to enhance the story outline. The Competition is open to everyone - no experience is required, just enthusiasm and ideas. Entries can be from groups or individuals.

The winner will have their idea made into a short film, working closely with the producers of "The Guernsey Lily Festival". Your film should be no more than ten minutes in length. This film will be premièred at a CinéGuernsey screening.

The closing date for receipt of entries is Monday 26th June 2006. Judging will be completed and the winner announced on Friday 4th August.

All prize winners will receive a signed copy of "Making Short Films" by Clifford Thurlow.
